Weekly Meal Plan #4

1. CHOW MEIN!

The secret to a great chow main is the sauce. Don’t worry if you can’t find the exact noodles, you can even use ramen noodles or 2 minute noodles!

Eating Creamy Tuscan Chicken Soup

2. CREAMY TUSCAN CHICKEN SOUP

I love this soup – tastes indulgent but not overly rich. I hunt down small shells specifically for this!

3. MONGOLIAN LAMB

It took me quite a while to get the sauce to taste just like at my local Chinese takeout! PS The tenderness of this lamb will knock your socks off. Promise. 🙂

4. Chicken in creamy mushroom sauce

I mean, that sauce can make anything amazing. But what a way to dress up chicken breast!

5. SLOPPY JOES

What do you mean, you’ve never tried sloppy joes?? SO GOOD! It’s like a savoury bolognese filling, stuffed in soft rolls. Think – meatball subs, minus all the rolling work. Make once, eat twice. Excellent for gatherings!

Pot of freshly made Coconut chicken curry

6. GOLDEN COCONUT CHICKEN CURRY

That sauce! I really need to make more recipes using it. Love that this is made from scratch with store-cupboard staples rather than bought curry pastes.

A spectacular way to serve salmon which is crazy fast, crazy easy and crazy delicious! Honey Garlic Salmon recipetineats.com

7. HONEY GARLIC SALMON

Honey, vinegar, garlic, butter = incredible syrupy sauce that goes so well with salmon. You will love this! It’s a reader fave. 🙂
