Ingredients
1 ½ oz. 1800 Cristalino
1 ½ oz. Fino Sherry
¾ oz. Pear Brandy
Pinch of Salt
Orange Twist and Sage Leaf (for garnish)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist and a sage leaf.
