Starting off with Kusshi Oysters and Vegetable Tempura, the Nigiri will feature Halibut, Amberjack, Shima Ali, Golden Eye Snapper, Salmon Belly, Yellowtail Belly, Bluefin Tuna and Toro topped with Uni and Black Truffle. For dessert Yuzu Sorbet. The price for this out of this world Chef Sky Omakase is $88 and there is an optional Premium sake pairing for $25. The restaurant is also featuring a Special Anniversary cocktail, The Cake Pop made with Passion Fruit Vodka.
