Paris Baguette is focused on growth this year, having awarded over 170 franchises and opened nearly 50 locations across North America so far in 2025. The French-inspired bakery, which has over 250 locations, is on track to open an additional 50 cafes by year’s end. Fueling that growth is leadership’s focus on technologies to streamline operations, including inventory automation, order forecasting and radio frequency identification. Each platform will go live in Q3.

“Using RFID will allow our franchise partners to complete comprehensive inventory counts in minutes,” CEO Darren Tipton said in a company press release. “This is a key initiative that will drive operational efficiency, saving time and resources for operators.”

The company has signed over 100 leases to fuel expansion through 2026.

In addition to its growth, the chain is opening a 180,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in 2027 in Burleson, Texas.

Paris Baguette, which operates in 26 U.S. states and three Canadian provinces, is expanding into eight additional U.S. states.
