Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken

Chicken in a sweet, tangy and spicy hot honey sauce!
ingredients
2 pounds boneless chicken tenders or small thighs
1 tablespoon (smoked) paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank Red Hot)
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons oil

Rub the chicken with the mixture of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the hot sauce, honey and red pepper flakes, bring to a simmer, turn off the heat and let cool.
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, add the chicken and cook through (165F), about 3-7 minutes per side.
Enjoy the chicken covered in the hot honey sauce.
Option: Grill or oven roast the chicken!
