Honey Sriracha Grilled Chicken

A quick and easy grilled chicken thighs marinated in a sweet and spicy honey and sriracha sauce!

ingredients

For the chicken:
1 pound boneless thighs or breasts, pounded thin
For the honey sriracha sauce:
4 tablespoons cup honey
2 tablespoons sriracha
1/2 tablespoon lime juice (or apple cider vinegar)
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce (gluten-free for gluten-free)
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free for gluten-free)
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

directions

For the chicken:
Marinate the chicken in half of the honey sriracha sauce for 20 minutes to overnight.
Shake off the excess marinade and grill (or pan fry) over medium-high heat until cooked (165F), about 3-5 minutes per side.
Enjoy with the remaining honey sriracha sauce.
For the honey sriracha sauce:
Mix all of the ingredients well.

Note: Adjust the heat by using more or less sriracha!
Option: Pan fry in oil over medium-high heat until cooked (165F), about 3-5 minutes per side.
Option: Roast the marinated chicken in the oven at 425F until cooked (165F), about 20-30 minutes!
