A hot melted cheese dip with chicken, caesar dressing and plenty of parmesan cheese!
Hot melted cheese dips are among my favourites for special events (Like New Years Eve or Game Day!) and this dip, inspired by chicken caesar salad, is a tasty one! The dip is as easy to make as mixing a few different kinds of cheese along with (cooked) chicken and a tasty caesar dressing, and baking it until it’s hot and melted! You can change things up by adding extra ingredients, such as (cooked) bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, etc, and you can even let the dip cool a bit before topping it with lettuce tossed with even more caesar dressing! No matter how you make it, this chicken caesar dip is perfect for any event! Serve it with chips, tortillas chips, crostini, veggies, crackers, etc for dipping!
