What you’re going to love about this recipe
Healthy-ish: These eggrolls are a healthy spin on classic hot wings. Because these egg rolls are made in the air fryer OR they can also be baked, they’re a little bit healthier than the deep-fried wings that you usually find at a party.
Crispy and delicious: Spicy buffalo seasoned chicken wrapped in a crispy wrapper. What is not to love here?

What ingredients do you need?
Shredded chicken: I usually cook a few chicken breasts in my Instant Pot and then shred them.
Frank’s Red Hot (affiliate link): Or your favorite wing sauce.
Buffalo Seasoning Mix: Download my seasoning blends printable, including my Buffalo Seasoning Mix!
Egg rolls wrappers: You can usually find these in the produce section. Weird, I know.
