Asparagus and Dill Frittata

A light and tasty frittata with cottage cheese, asparagus and dill!
ingredients
8 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
8 ounces asparagus, trimmed and cut into bit sized pieces
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
2 green onions, sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Mix the eggs, cottage cheese, parmesan, asparagus, dill, green onions, salt and pepper and pour into a 8-10 inch oven safe pan.
Bake in a preheated 375F/190C oven until the eggs have set, about 25-30 minutes.
Option: Replace cottage cheese with heavy cream, or crumbled goat cheese (chevre), crumbled feta, shredded/diced cheddar, shredded/diced gruyere, shredded/diced havarti, etc.
Option: Add 1 teaspoon lemon zest.
